1Cover the area below the aircon
Floor sheets, drop cloths and furniture protection go down first. We treat your home like our own. Reviews call this out repeatedly.
2Test the units before we start
We turn the unit on, check airflow, listen for noises and note any issues, so we know exactly what we're dealing with.
3Dismantle the covers
Front cover, swing flap, filter housing. Everything comes off carefully. We know the right clip placement for every brand.
4Take out the water tray
The drainage tray is removed and inspected. This is where most "smelly aircon" problems start: black sludge, mould and bacteria.
5Remove the blower
Our techs recommend only what you actually need. If a chemical wash isn't required, we'll tell you.
6Clean the fan coil base and coil
The fins, base and inner surfaces all get a thorough clean before we move them out for jet washing.
7High-pressure jet wash all parts
Every dismantled part goes under our pressure jet. Years of dust, mould and Singapore humidity flushed out. You'll see it for yourself.
8Dry everything completely
No reassembly until everything is properly dry. Wet reassembly is a fast track to electrical problems and leaks later.
9Vacuum the drainage pipe
Drainage line vacuumed clear of sludge and bio-buildup. This is the #1 cause of water leaks, and most companies skip it.
10Reassemble and test
Everything goes back together properly, the unit is run, airflow checked, cooling confirmed cold, before we leave.

If you have multiple aircons, the per-unit price drops sharply at the 5-unit tier. For best value, the annual contract starts at $160 per year for a single unit and includes 4 quarterly servicing visits, 1 gas top-up, free troubleshooting, and free water leak repair.

How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
For most Singapore homes, every 3 months (quarterly) is the sweet spot. The high humidity here causes mould and dust to build up faster than in dry climates. If you run your aircon 24/7, have pets, or smoke indoors, consider every 2 months. Commercial setups generally need monthly servicing.
What's the difference between general servicing and a chemical wash?
General servicing is the routine clean: full dismantle, jet wash, reassemble. It's what you do every quarter to keep things running well. A chemical wash uses cleaning agents to break down deeper grime and mould inside the fan coil, recommended once every 12 months on average. Most homes don't need a chemical wash every visit, despite what some companies will tell you.
Do you offer same-day aircon servicing?

Will you upsell me a chemical wash I don't need?
No. Our team is trained to recommend only what's actually required. How long does aircon servicing take?
A general service takes around 20 to 30 minutes per unit. So a typical HDB with 3 fan coils is done in about an hour. A chemical wash takes longer, about 30 to 40 minutes per unit. We don't rush, but we don't waste your time either.
