After dealing with another aircon servicing company for 6 years, I got used to hearing the same story over and over again:
“Need replace this.” “Need change piping.” “Need change parts.”
the cooling still never truly came back. We just kept dragging the system along, hoping it would survive a little longer.
Then I decided to give LionCity Aircon a shot.
When they came for the first servicing, my aircon was barely cold anymore. Honestly, I was already mentally prepared to hear the usual “replace cooling coil” speech from yet another company.
But instead of pushing unnecessary replacements, they carefully assessed the situation and recommended a chemical overhaul.
I am truly grateful to Hermes and his team for a wonderful aircon installation and servicing experience. They helped turn a nightmarish experience I had with a previous contractor, into a positive and amazing one.
I was unfortunately almost cheated into paying for aircon repairs including for a second hand component by my previous contractor, that would cost more than an entire brand new indoor and outdoor unit.

They are so polite, friendly, and courteous and are really dedicated to their jobs. They take their time to service the air con and are very thorough in their job scope. The icing on the cake is that they do a proper clean up after servicing so it’s not dirty and they are very careful in handling their equipment so they don’t knock into furnitures/walls.. They are very knowledgeable in fixing any AC issues too. I’m really glad I switched to this AC company! Totally no regrets at all.

One of the few honest AC servicing company, deliver as advertised. Their general cleaning really dismantle parts to bring down and wash. They bring their jet spray washer and vacuum. The team completed the job fast and efficiently with before after picture taken, left my place clean just as before they came which makes AC servicing a breeze.
