We keep reconditioned aircon units in our office for customers who want a working aircon at a lower upfront cost. Same materials, same workmanship, same 1-year workmanship warranty. The only difference: no manufacturer warranty (because the unit isn't new). Useful for rental properties, short-term needs, or budget-conscious installs.

Brand-New Installation
Fresh property: BTO handover, new condo, new landed. Pipes, drainage, brackets, cabling, the lot. Best to coordinate with your renovation phase.
Replacement
Old aircon dismantled and disposed, new unit installed. Often reuses existing piping (subject to inspection). Significantly cheaper than full new install.
Relocation
Move an existing aircon to a new location, within your property or to a new home. Dismantle, transport, repipe, reinstall and recharge.
Trunking & Piping Work
New trunking runs, hidden routing through walls or ceilings, drainage rerouting. Common during renovations or when changing aircon location.
Reconditioned Units
Recon (second-hand) units installed with the same care as new ones. No manufacturer warranty, but our 1-year workmanship warranty still applies.
Renovation Coordination
We work directly with renovation contractors and homeowners during reno phase. Pipes go in before walls are sealed for the cleanest result.

How much does aircon installation cost in Singapore?
Aircon installation Singapore prices depend on system size, brand and your specific setup. Rough guide: System 1 typically $1,000 to $2,000 depending on BTU size; System 2 around $2,000 to $3,000; System 3 $3,000 to $4,000; System 4 $4,000 to $5,000; System 5 even higher. Replacement (just the condenser unit and fan coil on existing pipes) saves on installation cost but the equipment cost still depends on size and brand. A 9k BTU System 1 swap can come in around $700, a System 4 replacement is significantly more. Brackets for the compressor add about $150 if needed. Ceiling work, trunking changes or longer pipe runs add to the cost. We provide a free site survey before any quote.

We're brand-neutral, we don't represent any single brand and we don't push customers toward one over another. If you have a preference, we install it. If you want our honest recommendation, we'll give you the pros and cons of each so you can decide.
Why does brand-neutral matter for aircon installation?
Big aircon companies in Singapore are usually distributors for one or two specific brands. That means they get incentives to push those brands, even when a different brand would suit you better. We're not tied to any brand. We buy from suppliers, add materials and labour, and quote you the total. Whatever you choose, we install it properly.
What materials do you use for aircon installation?
Yes. WhatsApp us at +65 8818 5781 in the morning and we'll usually be at your door the same day. Subject to slot availability, book early during weekends, public holidays and Chinese New Year period when demand spikes.
Do you offer reconditioned (second-hand) aircon installation?
No. Our team is trained to recommend only what's actually required. Many of our Google reviews specifically mention us telling customers when a chemical wash is unnecessary and a general service is enough. We make our money from long-term customers, not from one-off upsells. If we say you need it, we'll show you why.
How long does aircon servicing take?
A general service takes around 20 to 30 minutes per unit. So a typical HDB with 3 fan coils is done in about an hour. A chemical wash takes longer, about 30 to 40 minutes per unit. We don't rush, but we don't waste your time either.
Do you do free site surveys before quoting?

How long does aircon installation take?
Yes. Our 20+ technicians are trained in-house under our 10-step SOP and we're BizSafe Level 3 certified, meaning we meet Singapore's workplace safety and health standards for HVAC contractors. We're also a GST-registered Pte Ltd company, not a freelancer.
What if my aircon still has issues after servicing?
Annual contract customers get free troubleshooting and free water leak repair for the duration of the contract. For one-off servicing, we'll come back if there's an issue clearly related to our work. We stand by what we do. Just WhatsApp us.
